<br />Cottonwood Trail be reserved for one additional year for street openings,
<br />after which time the matter should again be reviewed by Planning Commis-

<br />As Chairman of the Public Parks, Property & Recreation Committee, Mr.
<br />Prokasy mentioned that there is legislation to be considered at this
<br />meeting on changes in ordinances pertaining to operation of Community
<br />Cabin.
<br />Mr. Eian moved, seconded by Mr. Mi-ller, that reading of Ordinance 68-65
<br />(third reading) be held until Councit's next meeting on June 18th. Upon
<br />questioning, Mr. Watts, Public Works Commissioner, said he hoped to be
<br />able to complete a necessary report which would supply further information
<br />needed for this ordinance.
<br />Ordinance No. 68-81, introduced by Mr. Llmpert, was given its third read-
<br />ing. An Ordinance amending the traffie control map (Codified Ordinances
<br />Chapter 305, Section 305.01) and the traffic control file (Codified Ordin-
<br />ances Chapter 305, Section 305.02) by prohibiting standing, stopping or
<br />parking, at all times, on Lorain Road, and designating an automobile
<br />storage lane from the easterly municipal boundry to the westerly right-of-
<br />way line of Barton Road, all within the City of North Olmsted. Mr. Limpert
<br />moved for the adoption, seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirmative vote Caster,
<br />Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West.
<br />Ordinance No. 68-67, introduced by Mr. Caster, was given its second reading.
<br />An Ordinance establishing rates to be charged to users of the North Olmsted
<br />Municipal Sanitary Sewerage System who are located in Olmsted Township, and
<br />declaring an emergency.
<br />Ordinance No. 68-90 was introduced by Mr. Prokasy. An Qrdinance authorizing
<br />and directing the cancellation of special assessments on certain permanent
<br />parcels being an assessment for construction of a sanitary sewer lateral,
<br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. Prokasy then moved for the suspension of
<br />the rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. West. Affirma-
<br />tive vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West. Mr. Pro-
<br />kasy then moved for the adoption of the Ordinance, seconded by Mr. West.
<br />Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West.
