<br />Ordinance No. 68-93 was introduced by Mr..L.i.mpert.: An Ordinance
<br />authorizing And directing the cancellation of special assessments
<br />on Permanent Parcel No. 234-6-12 being an assessment for water line
<br />construction, and declaring an emergency. Mr..Li.mpert then moved
<br />for the suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings,
<br />seconded by Mro Miller. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins,
<br />Limpert9 Miller, Prokasy, West. Mr. Limpert moved for the adoption

<br />first reading. An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 65-59 (Codified
<br />Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Chapter 945, Section 945.06)
<br />effective March 2, 1965, and amending Ordinance No. 66-298 (Codified
<br />Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Chapter 945, Section 945.06)
<br />effective December 7, 1966, and declaring an emergency.
