<br />Ordinance No. 68-98 was introduced by Mr. Miller. Rn Ordinance
<br />amending Ordinance No. 67-70 (Codified Ordinances Title One,
<br />Chapter 15, Sections 1501.1302 (Sub-Paragraph C), Section 1501.
<br />1501, and Section 1501.1502) enacted May 16, 1967, and declaring
<br />an emergency. Mr. Miller moved for the suspension of the rule
<br />requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Limpert.
<br />Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy,
<br />West. Mr. Miller then moved for adoption of the Ordinance, seconded
<br />by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert,
<br />Mi 1 ler9 Prokasy, bJest.
<br />Ordinance No. 68-99 was introduced by Mr. Eian, and given its first
<br />reading. An Ordinance authorizing the Building Commissioner to pro-
<br />ceed with the demolition or removal of the dwelling on Permanent
<br />Parcel No. 232-3-16, Martin Drive, North Olmsted, Ohio.
<br />Mr. West moved, seconded by Mr. Prokasy, that proposed Ordinance
<br />No. 68-100, be studied further by Design & Platting Committee before
<br />being considered by Council. This ordinance has to do with conditional
<br />Building Permits. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert,
<br />Mi 1 ler, Prokasy, 41est.
<br />Resolution No. 68-101 was introduced by Mr. Prokasy. A Resolution
<br />approving for record purposes only Fischer-Ratvasky Sub-division,
<br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. Prokasy then moved for the suspen-
<br />sion of the rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr.
<br />Caster, Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller,
<br />Prokasy, Westo Mr. Prokasy then moved for adoption of tbe Resolution,
<br />seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Lim-
<br />pert, Miller, Prokasy, West.
<br />Resotutson No. 68-102 was introduced by Mr. West. Resolution awarding
<br />ten issues of bonds to the highest bidder, and declaring an emergency.
<br />Mr. West moved for the suspension of the rule requiring three separate
<br />readings, seconded by Mr. Prokasy. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian,
<br />Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West. Mr. West then moved for the
<br />adoption of the Resolution, seconded by Mr. Prokasy. Affirmative vote
<br />Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West.
<br />Under old business, Mr. Miller asked for a report on the Eicher property.
<br />City Engineer Dutton said approval has been given to install a drainage
<br />line through the Kamp property to Columbia Road of sufficient size to
<br />handle the drainage problem on Eicher property.
<br />Upon being questioned, Safety-Service Director Limpert explained problecns
<br />of rumble strip on Lorain Road to Dewey Limpert, and subject was discussed.
<br />Mr. Earl Timothy, 5277 Guildford Road, requested permission to address
<br />Council, since he had been detained and unable to attend in time to speak
<br />when people in audience are given this opportunity. Mr. Eian moved,
<br />seconded by Mr. Prokasy, that Mr. Timothy be granted permission. "Yeas"
<br />Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West. He had two questions:
<br />1. Has Council taken action to close off Guildford Road? 2. Did Council
<br />feel that weeds should be cut and street made passable for summer? Safety-
<br />Service Director Limpert commented that the stakes referred to were to prevent
<br />people from trying to go through on Broxbourne Rd. past Mr. Timothy's house.
