? <br />Council Minutes 6-4-68 -5- <br />AP-W new business, a discussion followed on whether July or August was <br />most advantageous for Council's vacation month. Mr. Miller moved that <br />the month of August be vacation month for Council, seconded by Mr. Westo <br />"Yeas" Caster, Eian, Modgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West. <br />Mr. Prokasy said Design & Platting Committee would be meeting on June llth, <br />following Council's special meeting with Floyd-Browne on sewer report. <br />Mr. Caster said Municipal Development Committee will meet June 12th, at <br />8:00 p.m. <br />City Engineer Dutton commented that it is difficult to have all meetings <br />on same night as Planning Commission meeting, and would like to see Council <br />consider some other night. <br />Mr. Custer said he had received a letter from the Mayor in regard to a ditch <br />problem on Ambour Drive. After discussion of problem with City Engineer <br />Dutton, it was suggested this be referred to committee. <br />Mr. West asked about the HUD legislation - is there need to act upon this? <br />The Mayor recommends that this piece of legislation be studied in Committee. <br />Mr. West suggested to Mrs. Hodgins that the Public Service & Utilities <br />Committee take Safety-Service Director Limpert's requests on the road <br />grader and 25-yard packer into consideration. <br />Mr. Caster moved we accept conditions imposed by Ohio Department of Health <br />in regard to Sanitary Sewer Contract 11, and of their approval of Contract <br />li. Motion seconded by Mr. Eian. "Yeas" Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, <br />Miller, Prokasy, West. The Mayor will acknowledge letter from State of Ohio <br />Department of Health. <br />Mr. Limpert moved, seconded by Mr. Prokasy, to excuse absence of President <br />0'Neillo <br />Mr. Miller moved that meeting be adjourned, seconded by Mr. Prokasy.
