<br />of North Olmsted over the last several years.
<br />Ordinance No. 68-2 was given ots thard readAng. An Ordinance levying
<br />special assessments for the construction of sidewalks on Alexander Road
<br />and Barton Road9 and declaring an emergency. Mr. Caster moved for
<br />adoption, seconded by Mr. Eoan. Affermatave vote was Caster, Eian,
<br />Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy9 West.
<br />Ordinance No. 68-7 was given its second reading. An Ordinance designating
<br />the North Olmsted Communaty Improvement Corporatoon as Lhe Development Agent
<br />of the City of North Olmsted and declarong an emergency<
<br />Ordinance No. 68-9 was given its second reading. An Ordinance establishing
<br />the organization and composition of the Police Department of the City of
<br />North Olmsted; establishing salaries of the members of the Polece Department
<br />whele on duty for the City of North Olmsted; establishing the per diem ailow-
<br />ance to be paid to the Police employees while attending Police School and
<br />repealing Ordinance No, 67-291, Ordinance No. 67-290, Ordinance No. 67-287,
<br />Ord°enance No. 67-263, Ordanance No, 66-319, Ordinance No. 66-336, Ordinance
<br />No. 65-2718 Ordenance No. 65-235, and declaring an emergency,
<br />Resolution No, 68m10 was given its second reading. A resolution expressing
<br />the vsews of the Council with regard to residence opportunoties within
<br />the Co ty.
<br />Ordinance No. 68-13 was introduced by Mr. West. An Ordinance establishing
<br />the organizational chart of the Buildong Departrnent setting forth the com-
<br />plement of the Bucldong Department and establishing the compensation to be
<br />paid to the employees of the Build°ong Department and declaring an emergency.
<br />Mr. West moved for suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings,
<br />seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert,
<br />Miller, Prokasy, West. Mr. West then moved for adoption of the ordinance,
<br />seconded by Mro Caster. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert,
<br />Miller, Prokasy, West.

<br />the organszational chart for the Finance Department for the City of North
<br />Olmsted, setting forth the compensatiora to be paid employees of the Finance
<br />Department and declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved for suspension of the
<br />rule requiring three separate readongs, seconded by Mr. Lampert. Affirrna-
