An Ordinance authorizing <br />the Mayor to enter into a contract for the deposit of public monies with <br />the institutions designated by Council as depositories for the active and <br />inactive accounts of the City, and declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved <br />for the suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings, seconded <br />by Mr. Caster. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, <br />Prokasy, West. An Ordinance to provide for <br />the issuance of a note en anticipation of the issuance of bonds for the pur- <br />pose of purchasing a packer-type garbage truck for the department of Public <br />Service of the City, and declaring an emergency.
