<br />Caster moved for the suspension of rule requiring three separate readings,

<br />Ordonance No. 68-24 was introduced by Mr. Limpert. An Ordinance establish-
<br />ing a cash fund to be used by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Lines, and
<br />declaring an emergency. Mr. Limpert moved for the suspension of the rule
<br />requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirmative

<br />then moved for adoption of the ordinance, seconded by Mr, Caster. Affirma-

<br />A Resolution recognizeng a moral claim against the City of North Olmsted to
<br />Kenneth R. Timbrook in the amount of nirety-three dollars and ninety-four
<br />cents ($93•94)•
<br />Ordenance No, 68-26 was introduced by Mr. West. An Ordinance authorizing
<br />the Mayor to enter into a contract for the deposit of public monies with
<br />the institutions designated by Council as depositories for the active and
<br />inactive accounts of the City, and declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved
<br />for the suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings, seconded
<br />by Mr. Caster. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller,
<br />Prokasy, West. Mr. West then moved for adoption of the Ordinance, seconded
<br />by Mr. Caster. Affirmatave vote was Caster, Eaan, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller,

<br />Mr. West moved that the Fiscal Officer furnish his certificate in connection
<br />weth Ordinance No. 68-27. Motion was seconded by Mr. Caster. "Yeas" Caster,

<br />the request.
<br />Ordonance NQ. 68-27 was introduced by Mr. West. An Ordinance to provide for
<br />the issuance of a note en anticipation of the issuance of bonds for the pur-
<br />pose of purchasing a packer-type garbage truck for the department of Public
<br />Service of the City, and declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved for the
<br />suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr.
<br />Castere Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller,
<br />Prokasy, West. Mr. West then moved for adoption of the ordinance, seconded
