Mr. Caster then moved for adoption of ordanance, seconded by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote Caster, Hodgens, Lirnpert, Pro9casy, West. Ordsnarace No, 68-12 was introduced by Mr. Limpert. An Ordinance amending the Codifaed Ordinances of North Olmsted, Title Three, Chapter 305, Section 305.02 entitsed "Traffic Control File" by changing paragraph (b) to include authoriza- tion by motion of Council, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Limpert moved for suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mrs. Hodgins. Affirmative vote Caster, Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, Weste Mr, Limpert then moved for adoption of ordinance, seconded by Mrs. Hodgans. Affirmative vote Caster, Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, West. Urader neva business, Mro West asked for legislation authorizing Safety-Service Director to take bids for servi:ce truck_for the Bus Department; legislation authorozing increasing cash on hand at Bus Department to $2500; legislation, retroactive January lst, adjusting wages and salaries of Service Department, Sewage Department, Building Department, Engineering Department, and Finance Director's office. Also legislation authorizing Safety-Service Director for three new police cars (2 replacements and one additional). Nlr. Dewey Limpert called attention to the fact that the Mayor had recommended that the 1929 Seagraves Fire Engine and the Hearse be donated to the Historical Socoety, Mr. Limpert moved this be done, seconded by Mr. Caster, "Yeas" Caster, Hodgicas9 Limpert, Prokasy, West. The legal details of this gift will have to be worked oute Mre West asked where we stand on the commercial pick-up of trash and rubbish. Mre West asked for legislation authorizing notes to cover purchase of property as authorized in Ordinance 67-265; also legislation authorizing note for purchase of the packer truck. Various members of Council commented on City Hall's fine new paint job. Mre Caster requested legislation authorizing Safety-Service Director to instruct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for the sidewalks according to report he gave earlier this evening, and also requested City Engineer Dutton to prov6de description to Law Director. Mr, West said they are meeting with people in Park Ridge Subdivision at 10:30 a.mo on January 20th on subject of Park Ridge Subdivision's drainage, per Engineer's survey. ??
