<br />Ordunances of the CBty of North Olmsted by addation of Chapter 714 entityed "Hospi-
<br />tals and 9nstatutions" and declarsng an emergency. Mr. Limpert moved for adoption,
<br />seconded by Mr. West. A dascussaon ensued regard6ng letter previously mengioned
<br />inom Dro Leas of Cuyahoga County Destrict Board of Health wwth reference to this
<br />ordenance9 and it was the concensus of opinaon of Councal that thos ordsnance
<br />should be tabled untol February 20th Councal Meetang. Mr. Limpert wothdrew his
