Jack Foltz. <br />Minutes of ineeting of October 17th approved as written. <br />?1rsr 14"o rglni a Hodgtns, Pub2 ic Servi ce & Uti 1 i ti es Commi ttee Chai rman, reported <br />ora meeting of this committee with the Citizens' Committee for Waste Disposal <br />Study on October l8th. Mr. Coulsore of The Fairfield Engineering Co., PRar-ion, Ohicae <br />showed slodes of The Fairfield-Hardy Digester in operation in Altoonag Pa, arad <br />al so one i n Puerto Ri cao hlr. Donald Ford, member of the Ci ti zens' Corama ttee, <br />suggested Mr. Coulson supp?y cost figures, and then committee could go ora frorn <br />there. Next meeting of thas eommittee will be November 27th at $:15 p.m, <br />Mr. Mangan?y Chairman Design & PlattinT Committee, said their Committee would <br />meet on Tuesday, November 14th, after Planning Commission MeeTMing. <br />hlrs. Affirmageve vote was Eiaran <br />Hodginse Limpert, Mangarai and West. <br />Mr. Mangani moved that Ordinance Noe 67-247 be amended to enclude the words "and <br />declaring an emergency." Motion was seconded by htra Westa °°`feas11 by Elara9 Hodm <br />gins, Limpert, Mangani, and West, <br />Ordoraance No. 67-247 was introduced by Mr. Mangano. Mr. Marsgann then <br />rnoved for adoption, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote was Eiane Hadg6nse <br />Limpert, Mangani arad West. <br />
