An Ordinance authortlzing the <br />issuance pf a note en anticipation of the issuance of bonds and of the levy and <br />collection of speeial assessments to pay the cost of improving Southern Avenue <br />between certsi n termi ni by constructi ng a water mai n wi Ch the necessary appur- <br />tenances, including water service connections, and by onstalling sanitar-y sewer <br />connections and declaring an emergency. Mr. West then moved for adoption, seconded <br />by Mr. Eian, Affirmative vAte was Eian, Hodgans, Limpert, Mangani and Westm <br />Councilman Dewey Limpert, Chairman of Transportation Committee, reported on a <br />memorandum he had received from Safety-Service Director Limpert regarding the <br />first week°s run on the speeial school buses to St. Edwards' and St. Ignatius' <br />schools. Mr. Limpert feels under the circumstances there ds lettie chance far <br />such special buses te be on a paying basis, but there is the advantage of getting <br />this many passengers off the main lines. Mra Limpert also noted that our fare <br />increase has improved the bus line income by approximately $18n000 since July lstm <br />Mr. Mangani suggested that "memorandum schedule cards" be printed up for studentsm <br />Mr. West asiced Law Da rector l6itchen to explain the basis for the law suit fi led <br />against entire North Olmsted Council with regard to dead-ending Fleharty - what <br />does it mean?
