<br />izing the Mayor to purchase an easement from the Pure Oi 1 Cornpany for the
<br />installation of Sanitary Sewers across land owned by the Pure Oil Company
<br />and c"eclaring an emergency. Mr. Mangani moved for the suspension of the
<br />rule requirang three readings, seconded by Mr. Eian. Affirmative vote was

<br />with propmsed issuance of bonds and note to pay cost of improving certain
<br />streets by constructing sidewalks in accordance with Resolution No. 67-101.

<br />Ordanance No. 67-244 was introduced by Mr. West. An ordinance to provide
<br />for the i3suance of a note in anticipation of the levy and collection of
<br />specia', assessments fcar the purpose of paying the cost of installing
<br />sidewalks an various areas of the City where property owners have failed
<br />to comply with notices to construct such sidewalks, and declaring an
