<br />codified ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, by establishing Chapter 511,
<br />Sections 511.01 to Section 511.05, inclusive, entitled "Regulating and Main-
<br />tairaing order in arad around Shopping Centers within the City of North Olmstedy
<br />and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Hodgins moved for adoption, seconded by Mr.
<br />Eian. Affirmarive vote was Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani and West.

<br />Ordinance No. 64-95 enacted June 15, 1965, entitled "An Ordinance estab-
<br />lishing a rrinimum requirement for the development of land within the City
<br />of North Olsnsted as to the maps required, fees to be charged and procedure
<br />to be fo)lowed for planning of land within the City of North Olmsted."

<br />consent of the City of North Olmsted to the removal of snow and ice from cer-
<br />tain roads within the City. Mr. Limper_t rnoved for the suspension of the rule
<br />requiring three s-eadings, seconded by Mr. Eian. Affirmative vote was Eian,
<br />Foltza Hodg9nss Limpert, Mangani and West. Mr. Limpert then moved for adoption,
<br />seconded by h1r, Eian. Affirmative vote was Eian, Foltz, Hocgins, Limpert,
