<br />and paving with concrete, together with all necessary appurtenances
<br />thereto, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Caster moved for suspension
<br />of the rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Ma.ngani.

<br />then moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Ma.ngani. Affirmative vote was

<br />Mr. Mangani moved that the Finance Director be requested to furnish a
<br />Fiscal Officer's Certificate in connection with the issuance of bonds
<br />for the purpose of purchasing a 90-foot boom pumper type fire truck,
<br />seconded by Mr. Eian. "Yeas" Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Mangani.
<br />The certificate was furnished.
<br />Ordinance No. 67-198 was introduced by Mr. Eian. An Ordinance to pro-
<br />vide for the issuance of a note in anticipation of the issuance of
<br />bonds for the purpose of purchasing a 90-foot articulated boom pumper
<br />type fire truck with appurtenant equipment, and declaring an emergency.
<br />Mr. Eian moved for suspension of the rule requiring three separate

<br />Resolution No. 67-199 was introduced by Mr. Eian. A Resolution to
<br />declare as a nuisance the open excavations and basement foundations
<br />containing stagnant water and putrid substances on Permanent Parcel
<br />No. 232-7-191 also known as 27981 North Park Drive, North Olmsted,
<br />Ohio, owned by William and Nancy L. Whitehead, and declaring an
<br />emergency. Mr. Eian moved for suspension of the rules requiring
<br />three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Foltz. Affirmative vote
<br />was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Mangani. Mr. Eian then moved for
<br />adoption, seconded by Mr. Foltz. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian,
<br />Foltz, Hodgins, Ma.ngani.

<br />and bonds for paying the cost of improving Sherwood Drive with a

<br />Ordinance No. 67-200 was introduced by Mr. Mangani. An Ordinance to
<br />provide for the issuance of a note in anticipation of the levy of
<br />special assessments and in anticipation of the issuance of bonds to
<br />pay the cost of improving Sherwood Drive and the public watercourse
<br />traversing Sherwood Drive at a point approximately 150 feet south
