<br />Mr. West then moved for adoption of Ordinance N0. 67-70. Affirmative
<br />votes were Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, West. Opposed was
<br />Mangani. The ordinance passed.
<br />Resolution No. 67-123 was given its third reading. A Resolution
<br />authorizing the Director of Public Service and Public Safety to advertise
<br />for bids for 1500 tons of cinders and 1500 tons of salt. Mr. West
<br />moved for adoption, seconded by Mrs Hodgins. Affirmative vote was
<br />Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West.
<br />Resolution No. 67-133 was given its second reading. A Resolution
<br />declaring it necessary to improve Southern Avenue, Decker Road and
<br />Midvale Avenue in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, by installing sewer
<br />and water curb connections, grading, draining, curbing, paving and
<br />constructing sidewalks, and declaring an emergency.
<br />Ordinance No. 67-134 was introduced by Mr. Mangani. An Ordinance amending
<br />Ordinance N0. 67-92 enacted March 21, 1967, which Ordinance amended
<br />Ordinance No. 66-121 enacted May 4, 1966, and entitled "An Ordinance
<br />to provide for the proper grading of land to provide for the drainage
<br />of surface water within the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an
<br />emergency", and declaring an emergency. Mr. Mangani moved for sus-
<br />pension of the rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr.
<br />Caster. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert,
<br />Mangani, West. Mr. Mangani then moved for adoption, seconded by Mr.
<br />Caster. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert,
<br />Mangani, West.
<br />Resolution No. 67-135 was introduced by Mr. Caster, and put on first
<br />reading. A Resolution requesting the Board of County Commissioners
<br />of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, to resurface Clague Road from Ma.stick Road on
<br />the south, north to the municipal corporation limits of the City of
<br />North Olmsted, Ohio.
<br />Ordinance No. 67-136 was introduced by Mr. Eian. An Ordinance authoriz-
<br />ing the extension of automobile storage lanes on Lorain Road east of
<br />Dover Center Road to McKenzie Road, and declaring an bmergency. Mr.
<br />Eian moved for suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings,
<br />seconded by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote was Eian, Foltz, Hodgins,
<br />Limpert, Mangani, opposed Caster and West. The ordinance was put on
<br />first reading.
<br />Ordinance N0. 67-137 was introduced by Mr. Ma.ngani and put on first
<br />reading. An Ordinance amending the Zone Map adopted as part of Ordinance
<br />No. 62-33 (known as the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted) by
<br />adding certain land acquired through annexation to the use district
<br />entitled "A" Residence District.
<br />Resolution No. 67-138 was introduced by Mr. West. A Resolution authoriz-
<br />ing the Director of Public Service and Public Safety to advertise for bids
<br />for three new police cars, and declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved
<br />for suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings, seconded
