<br />Resolution No. 67-139 was introduced by Mr. Caster. A Resolution
<br />authorizing the Director of Public Service and Public Savety to adver-
<br />tise for bids for the installation of 1700 feet of 66-inch culvert pipe
<br />within the Sands Subdivision, aud declaring an emergency. Mr. Caster
<br />moved for suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings,
<br />seconded by Mr. Mangani. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz,
<br />Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West. Mr. Caster then moved for adoption
<br />seconded by Mr. Mangani. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz,
<br />Hodgins, Limpert, Ma.ngani, West.
<br />Resolution No. 67-140 was introduced by Mr. West and put on first
<br />reading. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service and
<br />Public Safety to advertise for bids for the paving of Burns Road and
<br />Porter Road, south of Midvale Avenue to Southern Avenue.
<br />Ordinance No. 67-141 was introduced by Mr. Caster. An Ordinance agree-
<br />ing with the State of Ohio to participate in the resurfacing of State
<br />Route #252 north of Lorain Road to the northern municipal boundaries,
<br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. Caster moved for suspension of the
<br />rule requiring three separate readings of the ordinance, seconded by
<br />Mr. Mangani. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert
<br />Mangani, West. Mr. Caster then moved for adoption, seconded by
<br />Mr. Mangani. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert,
<br />Ma.ngani, West.
<br />The Finance Officer presented his certificate as to the maximum maturity
<br />of the note.
<br />Ordinance No. 67-142 was introduced by Mr. West. An Ordinance provid-
<br />ing for the issuance of a note in the amount of Fifty Thousand Dollars
<br />in anticipation of current revenues for the fiscal year 1967 other than
<br />from the proceeds of taxes, and declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved
<br />for suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings, seconded
<br />by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins,
<br />Limpert, Mangani, West. Mr. West then moved for adoption, seconded by
<br />Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert,

<br />Ordinance No. 67-143 was introduced by Mr. West. Authorizing the Director
<br />of Law to employ special counsel to assist him in the proceedings for the
<br />issuance of a current revenue note. Mr. West moved for suspension of the
<br />rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Limpert. Affirma-
