March 7, 1967 - Page 5 <br />three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Mangania On advice of the Law <br />Director that since the ordinance had been amended it could not be passed <br />on emergency. Mr. West withdrew his motian, Mro Mangani withdrew his <br />second, and the ordinance reverted to second reading, as amended, <br />I <br />Resolution No. 67-58 was given its second readinQ. A Resolution authorizing <br />the Director of Public Service and Public Safety to advertise far bids for <br />one thousand tons of slag. <br />Ordinance No. 67-61 was given its second reading. An Ordinance authariz- <br />ing the Buildinq Commissioner to proceed with the demolition or removal of <br />the dwellings on Permanent Parcel No. 231-14-4, Lorain Raad, Nceth Olmsted, <br />Ohio. <br />Ordinance No. 67-63 was given its second reading. An Ordinance esiabli=h- <br />ing the Organizational Chart for the Poliee Department of the City of North <br />Olmsted, setting forth the personnel needed as to the Police Departmenr <br />and repealing all other ordinances inconsistent thereto. Mr. Fo1tz maved <br />that Section 4 of the Ordinance be amended to read as follows: The Chief <br />of Police shall also be in charge of the General Duty Uniform RostEr, which <br />shall consist of three (3) Lieutenants; two (2) Sergeants; seventeen (17) <br />Patrolmen; one (1) Police Matron, part-time; twenty-f'ive (25) Auxiliary <br />Police; and twelve (12) School Guards. Motion was seconded by Mre Westo <br />"Yeas" Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West. <br />Ordinance Nb. 67-64 was qiven its second readinQ. An Ordinance setting <br />forth the City Council of the City of North Olmsted as established by and <br />set forth in Article IV, Section 1 throuqh 14 inclusive of the Charter of <br />the City of North Olmsted, setting forth the membership of the City Council <br />according to the Charter, and other personnel employed therewith. Mrso <br />Hodgins moved that the ordinance be amended to include the President of <br />Council, seconded by Mr. Man$ani. "Yeas" Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, <br />Limpert, Mangani, West. <br />Ordinance No. 67-65 was given its second reading. An Ordinance establish- <br />ing the organizational chart for the Fire Department of the City of North <br />Olmsted, settinq forth the personnel needed as to the Fire Department and <br />repealing all other ordinances inconsistent theretoo <br />Ordinance No. 67-66 was given its second reading. An Ordinance adopting <br />an Orqanizational Chart for the Administration to be headed by the Ma.yor <br />as provided for in Article III, Section 1 through 5, inclusive, of the <br />Charter of the City of North Olmsted and in addition thereto providing <br />positions for employees of this Department.
