Mrs. HodQias maved that Ordinancc be adopted. <br />This motion was secancied hy Mr. Bcrehmer. AffirmaCi.ve vote Boehmer, <br />Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, 5peedling. <br />At this time Mrs. Hodgins reqv?ested that a copy of this Ordinance <br />be sent to the Olmsted Historical Society by the Clerk. <br />Resalution No. 70-57 which had been introduced bq Mrs. Hodgins was <br />given fts second resding. "A Resolutian memoriallzing the Members <br />of the dhio General Aesembly to clarify sectfon 3774.23 or to repeal <br />s aaie. of <br />Ordinance No. 70-58 cahich had been introduced by Mr. Limpert was <br />given its second read3ng. "An bxdinance amendf.ng the accumulated <br />'sick leave' policy and the rep,ulations govezning accumulated *sick <br />leave" for all employees in all deparCments of the City of North <br />Olmsted, but excluding therefrom elected officials, and repealing <br />Ordinance No. 68-43." <br />Ordinaace No. 70-65 was introduced by Mr. Boehmer. An Ordinance <br />authorizing the paqment of $1093.75 to the Three lt.ivers Watershed <br />District for a portion of the cost of Engineering Services. Mr. <br />Bcehuer moved far suspension of rule requiring three separate readinps, <br />secanded by Mr. Prokasy. Affirmative vote Boehmer, Hodgins, Limpert, <br />Prokasy, Speedl3n?. Mr. Boehmer then neoved £or adoption of Ordinance, <br />secondsd by Mr. Prokasy. Affirmative vote Boehmer, Hodgins, Limpert, <br />Prokasy, Speedling. <br />Resolution No. 70-65 was introduced by Mr. Boehmer. A Resolutioa <br />declaring the intention of Council to appropriate certain easements, <br />both permanent and tenporary, for the construction of seurers, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. Boehmer maved for suspension of rule <br />requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Speedling. Affir- <br />mative vote Boehmer, Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, Speediing. Mx. Boehmer <br />then moved for adaptioa o€ Resolution, seconded by Mr. Spesdling. <br />Affirmative vote Boehaier, ?iodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, Speedling,. <br />Resoluticx?
