Mrs. HodQias maved that Ordinancc be adopted. This motion was secancied hy Mr. Bcrehmer. AffirmaCi.ve vote Boehmer, Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, 5peedling. At this time Mrs. Hodgins reqv?ested that a copy of this Ordinance be sent to the Olmsted Historical Society by the Clerk. Resalution No. 70-57 which had been introduced bq Mrs. Hodgins was given fts second resding. "A Resolutian memoriallzing the Members of the dhio General Aesembly to clarify sectfon 3774.23 or to repeal s aaie. of Ordinance No. 70-58 cahich had been introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its second read3ng. "An bxdinance amendf.ng the accumulated 'sick leave' policy and the rep,ulations govezning accumulated *sick leave" for all employees in all deparCments of the City of North Olmsted, but excluding therefrom elected officials, and repealing Ordinance No. 68-43." Ordinaace No. 70-65 was introduced by Mr. Boehmer. An Ordinance authorizing the paqment of $1093.75 to the Three lt.ivers Watershed District for a portion of the cost of Engineering Services. Mr. Bcehuer moved far suspension of rule requiring three separate readinps, secanded by Mr. Prokasy. Affirmative vote Boehmer, Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, Speedl3n?. Mr. Boehmer then neoved £or adoption of Ordinance, secondsd by Mr. Prokasy. Affirmative vote Boehmer, Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, Speedling. Resolution No. 70-65 was introduced by Mr. Boehmer. A Resolutioa declaring the intention of Council to appropriate certain easements, both permanent and tenporary, for the construction of seurers, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Boehmer maved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Speedling. Affir- mative vote Boehmer, Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, Speediing. Mx.
