Mr. Prokasy said all meeting,s are open <br />to the public; also, that the Safety Committee will take under <br />consideration a traffic li#;ht at Mastick & Clague. <br />Mr. J. J. Simmons, 29603 Lorain Road, questioned if Ord. Nos. 69-131 <br />and 210 were now in effect; questioned obtaining water germit, alsa <br />questioned anpropriation of $5,000. for painting of streets anc3 where <br />sereets were located. Mayar Ghristman ansuiered Mr. Simmons, explain- <br />ing procedure to abtain water permit, type of paint used and streets <br />that have been painted ctrith the appropriation. <br />Mrs. S. DiMaggio, 2$300 North Park Drive, representing residents of <br />North Park, asked about postponement of sidewalks because of burc3en <br />of sewers at this time. Mr. Boehmer answered this is what has been <br />decided. <br />Mx. Clifford Crabbs, Butternut Ridge Road, referred to light at Col.umbia <br />and Cedar Point Roads being broken for six months, questioned whether <br />light could be put on blinker or caution other times than at rush hour. <br />Mayor Christman explained that the part has been an order, also this <br />piece of equipment caas desigreed for treadle light and cannot be put on <br />blinker. Ttr. Crabbs agreed that light serves very good purpose during <br />rush hour traffic. <br />Mr. Musial, 5897 Forest P<idge, questioned status of sidewalks on <br />East Park and North Park. Mr. Boehmer replied the postponement of <br />sidewalks until next year. <br />Mr. J. Simmons, 29603 Lorain Road, questioned iJhy sidewalks ware <br />being postponed in that area. Disctission continued between P•ir. <br />Sicnttons, Mayor Christman and Mr. Boehmer with Mayor Chxistman reminding <br />Mr. Simtnons that there was a two year span from the time zhe side;aalks <br />and sewers were installed on Lorain Roa.d. <br />Mrs. DiMaggio, 28300 North Part: Drive, questioned how long they had <br />to connect. Mayor Christman anscaered six months. <br />AC this time, Mr. Limpert mentioned that March 19th was the last day <br />to pay assessments snd would 2ike to remind people about this. <br /> <br />
