Public Hearing Minutes 2-5-70 -4- <br />Mrs. Buckland, 29895 Lorain Road, asked about Section 1206.01, - mixed <br />use of office buildings, garden and medium-rise multifamily dwelling <br />units. <br />Mr. Prokasy replied there is no land so zoned in City now, but we <br />would have Ordinance by which to govern them, if this Ordinance were <br />adopted. Mr. Prokasy also commented that commercial land can continue <br />to be used for apartments, no change there. <br />Mr. Gladys Zipp, 29658 Lorain Road, asked about addition of another <br />District, a fourteenth, to Section 1141.08, under "District Listed". <br />Mr. Prokasy said it can be added on Zone Map. <br />Mr. C. Crabs, Butternut Ridge Road, asked about Section 1205.07, <br />questioning number of parking spaces to be enclosed, etc. <br />A gentleman inquired about 1206.07, a, asking if there is a density <br />amount for high-rise apartments. <br />Mr. Schabel, 29341 Lorain Road, went back to discussion of "Use District" <br />with Mr. Prokasy. Mr. Prokasy assured him we have not changed the Zone <br />Map. <br />Mr. Oring, Olmsted Woods Subdivision, asked who is to approve plans for <br />off-street parking. <br />Mr. Prokasy referred to Page 15, Ordinance No. 69-210, 1215.01 "Approval <br />of Plans." <br />Mr. D. Ernest, 30106 Lorain Road, asked if classifications are listed in <br />order of any restrictiveness. <br />Mr. Prokasy said in commercial code had limit of five stories. He referred <br />to page 8, 1206.01, third paragraph on "Intent" and to 1206.03 "Development <br />Plans", page 9. <br />Mrs. Buckland, 29895 Lorain Road, discussed purpose and use of Comprehen- <br />sive Plan with Mr. Prokasy. <br />Mr. Prokasy reminded Mrs. Buckland that rezoning of Lorain Road was just <br />one small part of the overall plan, which was to be used throughout entire <br />City. <br />Mr. A. DeNova, Lorain Road, inquired how far back you can go on lot. <br />At 10:30 p.m., President 0'Neill declared meeting adjourned, saying all <br />comments will be carefully weighed by Council. <br /> <br />
