Affirmative vote <br />Boehmer, Grady, Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, Speedling. <br />Report of Municipal Uevelopmeat Committee by Mr. Prokaey, in the <br />abseace of Chairmsn flenry Caaters Legislation will be requested ua- <br />der neca business to acqu3te easement for sanitary saxaer ia the North <br />Park Gardenia area. <br />The Municipal Develapment Ccmmittee met on Deceaber 30th, 1969, on <br />the Equalization Boards' recommeadations relative to Contract 15 and <br />concurred with their report. <br />Mr. Limpert, Chairman of the Transgartation Comn3.ttee of 1969, eaid <br />there had been no meeting, but that he had received aeveral calls with <br />regaxd Co whether or not bus tokens could be purchased in greater <br />quantities than ten. It should be knam they can. <br />Mr. Limpert reported in the ahsence of Mr. West, Chairman of the <br />Finance Committee of 1969, that the Finance Ccmmiittee met an Decemser <br />20th and December 27th, and as a result of these meetings it wa: re- <br />conenended that the follawing legislation be requested under New Busineas: <br />No. 1- To establish a uniform vacation policy for all <br />regular and full tfine city employees, se follows: <br />Two weeks' vacation after one year. <br />Three weeks' vacation after seven years. <br />Four [aeeks' vacation after fifteen years. <br />No. 2- To increase the Police Department Compliment by three <br />men. <br />No. 3- To add the rank of Captain to Police DeparCment and <br />to change the Organization Chart providing for two <br />Captains. <br />No. 4- To add three nen to the Compliment of the Fire <br />Department.
