Mr. Prolcasy said "within two weeka." <br />Mrs. Gladys Zipp, 29658 Lorain Road, called Council's 8ttention to the <br />figures "1305.9 (f) in titie of 4rdinance No. 69-210. It was ascertsined <br />that this was a tqpographical error - should be 1205.9 (f). <br />Mr. Clifford Cra6s, Butternut Ridge Road, called Councfl's attentioa to <br />page 2, Ordinance No. 69-210 "seLback from a radfus." Felt words in this <br />regard should be reworked. Mr. Prokasq requested Acting City Engineer <br />Karhan to camnent. After further discussion on poiat in question, <br />Messrs. Crabs, Karhan aad Ititchen agreed on satisfactory wording For thia <br />point. This will be reflected a little later in minutes under this par- <br />ticular piece of legislatian when amended and given second reading. <br />Mrs. F. Shade, 29587 Laraia Ad., also had a question on Ordinance ldo. <br />69-210. Her question iaavolved person aelling his property and failiag <br />to notify buyer about expiration date. Mr. Kitchsn said this ias up to <br />awasr of record sixtq dayrs prior. If owner of record daee not appeal, <br />his appeal would be lost to buyer. P.4, 1133.17 "expiration," If a per- <br />son hae been granted a variance amd has taken advantage of variauce, they <br />are "aon-canformi.ng." Non-ccnforming may continue, but if perscrn does <br />nothiug for a period of 1.1/2 years, then reason no longer in existenee. <br />Mr. J. Webster, 6011 3herwood Drive, questioned Council on Ordinamce No, <br />Apok 69-216 , aince theq were setting up a achool token for local students, <br />why was it not beiag done for Cleveland student8. Mr. Lispert said this <br />has been discusaed but it becam" too complicated.
