<br />LEGISLA'TION: Reso"lution NoF 69-167, whiGh had been introduced by Mr.
<br />Caster, was given its third reading, "A Resolution airthorizing the Mayor to
<br />accept the oil and gas rights for Blnck B in the Sandy Ridge Subdivision
<br />Noo 4." Mr. Caster then moved that resolution be adopted, seconded by
<br />Mr, West. Affirmative vote Caster, Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, West.
<br />Ordinance No. 69-170, which had been introduced by Mr, Eian, was given its
<br />thzrd reading, "An Ordinance authorizing the Building Commissioner to proceed
<br />with the demolition or removal of the dwellings on Permanent Parcel No.
<br />232-17-12, Porter Road, North Olmsted." In the absence of Mr. Eian, Mr. Lim-
<br />perc moved tha"t this ordinance be adopted, seconded by Mr. Prokasy. Affirma-
<br />tive vote Caster, Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, West.
<br />Ordinance No. 69-178, which had been introduced by Mr. West, was given its
<br />second reading, "An Ordinance accepting for dedication Terrace Drive from
<br />McKenzie Road 925 lineal feet east to the corporate line, in the Engoglia and
<br />Cipiti Subdivision."
<br />Ordinance No. 69-179, which had been introduced by Mr. Westy was given its
<br />second reading, "An Ordinance accepting for dedication Louann Drive from
<br />Terrace Drive, 1340 lineal feet south to Angela Drive; Nancy Drive from
<br />Terrace Drive 1340 lineal feet south to Angela Drive; Angela Drive from
<br />McKenzie Road east 785 lineal feet to its terminus in a cul-de-sac; in the
<br />Engoglia Subdivision.
<br />Ordinance No. 69-183, which had been introduced by Mre Limpert, was given
<br />its second reading, "An Ordinance establishing compensation to be paid to
<br />the bus drivers of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Llne, and repealing
<br />Ordinance No. 68-148, enacted September 17, 1968, and declaring an emergency."
<br />Mr. Limpert then moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate read-
<br />ings, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote Caster, Hodgins, Limpert,
<br />Prokasy, West. Mr. Limpert then moved for adoption of the Ordinance, second-
<br />ed by Mr. West. Affirmative vote Caster, Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, [aest.
<br />Mr. Caster said he had asked for ruling on Resolution No. 69-180 (John McCrone
<br />Subdivision No. 3) because of lack of access, and that the Law Dir.ector had
<br />advised that Council turn down Resolution No. 69-180. Mr. Prokasy then intro--
<br />duced Resolution Noe 69-180, "A Resolution accepting for record purposes only
<br />the John McCrone Subdivision No. 3, and declaring an emergency." Mr. Prokasy
<br />moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by
<br />Mr. West. Affirmative vote Caster, Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, West. Mr.
<br />Prokasy moved for adoption of Resolution, seconded by Mr. West. Negative
<br />vote, Caster, Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, West. Motion defeated.
<br />Ordinance No. 69-185 was introduced by Mr. Caster. An Ordinance consenting
<br />to the removal of snow and ice from certain streets and roads by the Board
<br />of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Mr. Caster moved for sus-
<br />pension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. West.
<br />Affirmative vote Caster, Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, West. Mr. Caster then
<br />moved for adoption of ordinance, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote
<br />Caster, Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, West.
