<br />Resolution No. 69-186 was i_ntroduced by Mr. West9 A ke5rAution authori.zing

<br />dozer, authorizing the Mayor to contract far sarne, and dEelaring an emergency.
<br />Mr. West moved for suspension of riile requiring three separate readings,
<br />seconded by Mr. Limpert, Aftirmative vote Caster, Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy,
<br />West. Mr. West then moveci for adoption of Resolution4 seconded by Mr., Limpert.

<br />the Director of Pubiic Service to advertise for bids far two riew cars, author-
<br />izing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Mr, West

<br />the Direetor of Public Service to advertise foY bids for a new backhoe,
<br />authorizing tl-ie Mayor [o contyact for same, and declarring an emergency.

<br />Prokasy, West, Mr. West then moved fot adoption of Resolution, seconded
<br />by Mr. Limpert. Aftirmative vote Caster, Hodgi.ns, Limpert, Prakasy, West.
<br />Under o1d business Mr. Caster referr.ed to his letter replying to Mrm Webber's
<br />request for assessment relief. Mr. Caster moved thdt Council accept Committee°s
<br />recommendation that no change in charge sanitary sec:er assessment be granted
<br />Mr. WebberF Mr. Prokasy seconded motion. "Yeas" Cast:er, Hodgins, Limpert,
<br />Prokasy, West.
<br />Under new business, Mr. Caster said on the engineer`s recommendation, he would
<br />request legislation for dedication of Sands Subdivisivns l, 2 and 4; also,
<br />Columbia Lands l, 2, 3 and 4„ This wi11 be reviewed 7n committee before leg-
<br />islation i.s finally adopted-
<br />Mr, Limpert moved, seconded by Mrs. Hodgins, to excuse absences of Messrs.
<br />Eian and Miller, "Yeas" Caster, Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, West,
<br />Mr. West moved, seconded by Mr. Prakasy, to adjaurn meecing. "Yeas" Caster,
