<br />Resolution No. 69-177 was introduced by Mr. Caster. A Resolution de-
<br />claring it necessary to improve certain streets and public easements
<br />by constructing sanitary sewers, sewer curb connections and necessary
<br />appurtenances, including necessary street resurfacing and restoration
<br />of drainage facilities (Contract No. 15 - Zone 2), and declaring an
<br />emergency. Mr. Caster moved for suspension of rule requiring three
<br />separate readings, seconded by Mrs. Hodgins. Affirmative vote Caster,
<br />Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, West. Mr. Caster then moved for adoption
<br />of Resolution, seconded by Mrs. Hodgins. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian,
<br />Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, West.
<br />Ordinance No. 69-178 was introduced by Mr. iaest and given its first read-
<br />ing, "An Ordinance accepting for dedication Terrace Drive from McKenzie Road
<br />925 lineal feet east to the corporate line, in the Engoglia and Cipiti Sub-
<br />division.
<br />Ordinance No. 69-179 was introduced by Mr. West and given its first read-
<br />ing, "An Ordinance accepting for dedication Louann Drive from Terrace Drive
<br />1340 lineal feet south to Angela Drive; Nancy Drive from Terrace Drive 1340
<br />lineal feet south to Angela Drive; Angela Drive from McKenzie Road east 785
<br />lineal feet to its terminus in a cul-de-sac; in the Engoglia Subdivision.
<br />Ordinance No. 69°181 was introduced by Mr. Eian. An Ordinance amending the
<br />traffic code of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, Title Five, Chanter 331,
<br />entitled "Operation Generally," by enacting Section 331.32, entitled "Failure
<br />to control; taeaving course," and declaring an emergency. Mr. Eian moved for
<br />suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mrs. Hodgin5.
<br />Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, G1est. Mr. Eian
<br />then moved for adoption of Ordinance, seconded by Mrs. Hodgins. Affirmative

<br />Mr. [Jest moved that Finance Director be requested tcs furnish a Fiscal Officer's
<br />Certificate in regard to note ordinance. Motion was seconded by Mr. Caster.

<br />Ordin3nce No. 69-182 was then introduced by Mr. West. An Ordinance authoriz-
<br />ing the issuance of bonds and of the levy and collection of special assess-
<br />ments to pay the property owners' portion of the cost of improving South
<br />Barton R,oad between certain termini by constructing sidewalks, and declaring
<br />an emergency. Mr. West moved for suspension of the rule requiring three
<br />separate readings, seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian,
<br />Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, West. Mr. West then moved for adontion of ordin-
<br />ance, seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Lim-
<br />pert, Prokasy, West.
<br />Ordinance No. 69-183 was introduced by Mr. Limpert and 5ziven its first read-
<br />ing, "An Ordinance establishing comnensation to be paid to the bus drivers
<br />of the North ()lmsted Municipal Bus Tine, and repealing Ordinance No. 68-148,
<br />enacted Sentember 17, 1968, and declaring an emergency."
<br />AWk Under old business, Mrs. Hodgins renuested a meeting of Liquor Control Com-
<br />mittee. It was agreed to meet immediately following Council tonight.
<br />Mr. West asked Mayor about traffic light at Dover Center and Butternut Ridge
<br />Roads which is meant primarily to operate during school hours, but continues
<br />to oAerate at same hours on Saturday and Sundaq also, Mr. West reauested
<br />Mayor to look into this situation, since it really is designed just for
<br />school traffic.
