<br />Mr. Miller, Legislative Chairman, said this committee has revieweci legisla-
<br />tion involved in Codified C)rdinance 721.03 nertaining to sales on private
<br />property, 'hut committee does not find sufficient justification ta make a
<br />change in legislation.
<br />Mr. tlest, Finance Committee Chairman, said this committee had met on the
<br />23Yd and 30th of September. They met with'Police CommiLtee and will meet
<br />with them again in another montho They also revised 1970 budget 50 that
<br />11.4 mi11 can be maintained. They revised appropriations for 1969 to bring
<br />them in line with revisions which have had to be made, They agreed that
<br />plans for nine million gallon plant should go ahead, and also inspection of
<br />sewers in east end of town should be tompleted, and both projects have ordin-
<br />ances covering them tonight. The Finance Committee has future meetings set
<br />up for the 14th and 20th of October to talk to Firemen`s Committee, plus
<br />further details in 1970 budget<
<br />Mr. Prokasy, Design & Flatting Committee Chairman, mentioned ttiat the Plan-
<br />ning Cammission has approved the McCrone Subdivision of 40 lots. Design &
<br />Platting Committee will ask for legislation on this tonight, Planning Com-
<br />mission has requested extension of time for Blossom Land street openings,
<br />and Mr. Prokasy moved thac they be granted extension. Ntr. Caster seconded
<br />motion< "Yeas" Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West-
<br />Planning Cammission has dpproved revision of the Clingman Subdivision,
<br />Design & Platting Committee will now study revision and give report on this
<br />soon. This committee has met several times since the Public Hearing of
<br />September 10th, on the Ordinances 68-100, 69-120, 69-129 and 69-131, On
<br />September 30th the Design & Platting Committee agreed unanimously to recom-
<br />mend that Council pass Ordinances 68-100 and 69-120 as presented at the
<br />Puhlic Hearing, Also ta recommend that Ordinance No. 69-131 be amended
