<br />Ordinance No. 69-129 (and map), which had been introduced by Mr. Prokasy,
<br />was read, "An Ordinance amending Sections 1125.25, 1125.62, 1133.10, 1133.13
<br />(Sub-Paragraph A); 1141.08, 1153.05, 1157.01, 1205.07 (Sub-Paragraph A),
<br />1205.11 (Sub-Paragraph E), 1212.02 (Sub-Paragraph C), 1215.01: and enacting
<br />Sections 1133.17, 1205.09 (Sub-Paragraph F), 1206.01, 1206.02, 1206.03,
<br />1206.04, 1206.05, 1206.06, 1206.07, 1206.08, 1206.09, 1206.10, 1206.11,
<br />1206.12, 1206.13, 1206.14, 1206.15, 1206.16 and 1206.17, of Ordinance No.
<br />62-33, enacted June 19, 1962, entitled "An Ordinance dividing the City of
<br />North Olmsted, Ohio, into districts for the purpose of regulating and re-
<br />stricting the location of buildings and other structures, and of premises
<br />to be used for trade, industry, residence or other specified uses: regulat-
<br />ing and limiting the height of buildings and other structures, regulating
<br />the bulk and location of buildings and other structures, the percentage of
<br />lot occupancy, set-back,building lines and area of yards, courts and other
<br />open spaces: providing for a method of administration: for an administra-
<br />tive board: and for the imposition of penalties for violation and repealing
<br />previous ordinances inconsistent therewith." Mr. Prokasy moved for the adopt-
<br />ion of ordinance, seconded by Mr. Caster. Negative vote Caster, Hodgins,
<br />Miller, Prbkasy, West. Eian abstain.ed. He did not want to affect passage ,
<br />or defeat of ordinance because hi$ wife owns property on Lorain Road. Mr:
<br />West moved that Council„accept this decision, seconded by Mr. Prokasy.*
<br />"Yeas" Caster, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, 14est. Limpert abstained.
<br />He did not want to affect passage or defeat of ordinance since he and his -
<br />tamily own property on Lorain Road which was previously owned by his deceased`
<br />parents. Mr. Caster moved to accept Mr. Limpert's decision, seconded by Mr.
<br />Miller. "Yeas" Caster; Eian; Hodgins, Miller, Prokasy, West. Ordinance No.
<br />697129 was defeated. .
<br />Mr. Prokasy moved that Ordinance No, 69-131 be amended to strike out Section I
<br />"Permitted Buildings and Uses (Pg. l, sect. 1); and to refer this ordinance to
<br />Planning Commission. Mr. Caster seconded motion. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian,
<br />Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West.
<br />Resolution No. 69-167 was introduced by Mr. Caster and given its first reading,
<br />"A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to accept the oil and gas rights for Block
<br />B in the Sandy Ridge Subdivision No. 4."
<br />Resolution No. 69-168 was introduced by Mr. West. A Resolution authorizing the
<br />Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for new Service Trucks for the
<br />North Olmsted Service Department, and declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved
<br />for suspension of rule req_uiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Caster.
<br />Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West. Mr. West
<br />then moveo for adoption of resolution, seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirmative:vote
<br />Caster, Elan, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West.
<br />Resolution No. 69-169 was introduced by Mr. West. A Resolution authorizing the
<br />Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 100 tons of cinders and
<br />1500 tons of salt. Mr. West moved for suspension of rule requiring three sepa-
<br />rate readings, seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins,
<br />Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West. Mr. West then moved for adoption of resolution,
<br />seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert,
<br />Miller, Prokasy, West.
