<br />At this points Council was ready to consider legislation.
<br />Mr. Prokasy described and then moved that change be m3de on Page 9 of
<br />Ordinance 69-129, :items "c" and "d": change of hyphensC.-`1 to equal
<br />signs (-) in formulas in paragraphs "c" and "d", on pages 9 and lU.
<br />Mr. Caster seconded motion. "Yeas" Caster, Eian, Hodgins, MilleY,
<br />Prokasy? West- Limpert abstai.ned.
<br />Also, on page 8, Ordinance 1`do. 69-129, paragraph 1206.04 "Landscaped
<br />Areas and Lot Coverage," Mr- Prokasy described and then moved that this
<br />should read as follnws: "Main Buildings" rather than just "Buildings,"
<br />and the secand part should read "Total All Buildings with Exposed Raofs
<br />(main and accessory)" instead of just "All Buildings with Exposed Roofs."
<br />Motion secvnded by Mr, Caster. "Yeas" Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Miller,
<br />Prakasy, West. Limpert abstained,
<br />Mr. Prokasy went on to recommend and move that Page 11 of Ordinance 69-
<br />129, under 1206.07, "Density - Multifamily," item "c" and "1" under "c"
<br />be deleted entirel_y. He commented this would make it easier fnr small.
<br />lot owner, Motion seconded by Mr. Caster. "Yeas" Caster, Eian, Hodgins,

<br />Ordinance No. 69-129, as amended by Mr. Prokasy, was then given its seeond
<br />reading, "An Ordinance amending Sections 1125.25, 1125?62, 1133.10, 1133,13
<br />(Sub-paragraph A), 1141,08, 115M5, 1157.01, 1205.07 (Sub-Paragraph A),
<br />1205.,11 (Sub-Paragraph E), 1212.02 (Sub-Paragraph C), 1215.01: and enacting
<br />Sections 1133.17, 1205,09 (Sub-Paragraph F), 1206.01, 1206?02, 1206,03,
<br />1206.04, 1206,05, 1206006, 1206.07, 1206<08, 1206.09, 1206.10, 1206,11,
<br />1206.12, 1206.13, 1206.14, 1206,15, 1206.16, and 1206.17, of Ordinance No-
<br />v2-33, enacted June 19, 1962, entitled "An Ordinance dividrng the Gity of
<br />:tiorth Olmsted, Olzio, into districts for the purpose of regulating and re°
<br />stricting the location of buildings and other structuYes, and of premises
<br />to be used for trade, industry, residence or other specified uses: regulat-
<br />ing and limiting the height of buildings and other structures, regulating
<br />the bulk and location of buildings and other structures, the percentage of
<br />lot occupancy, set-back building lines and area of yards, courts and other
<br />open spaces: providing for a method of administration: for an administra-
<br />tive board: and for the imposition of penalties for vialation and repeal-
<br />ing Drevious ordinances inconsistent therewith."
<br />Mre Prokasy then described, recommended and moved that ordinance No. 69--131
<br />be amended on page 4, Section 7, 1212.01, under "Definitions and Standards":
<br />insert new sub-paragraph (B) entitled °Standards for Designing Parking Areas,"
<br />(as in Ordinance now) and re-letter present sub-paragranh (a) to (C), and
<br />all ather sub-paragraphs to be re-Yettered correspondingly and consecutivel.y
