<br />Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the paving of Bailey Road,
<br />Esther Avenue, Summerland Avenue, Virginia Avenue, MacBeth Avenue, Theresa
<br />Lane, and Maple Ridge Road from Clague Road to Walter Road, and declaring an
<br />emergencye Mr. West moved for suspension of the rule requiring t.hree separate
<br />readings, seconded by Mr,, Easter. Affirmative vote was Caster, Hodgins, Zimpert,
