<br />Mr, Caster moved t,hat the FinancE Director be requested to furnish a
<br />Fiscal Officer's Certificace with regard to the note ordinance. Motion
<br />was seconded by Mr. Limpert- Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins,

<br />Ordinance No- 69-89 was in4rodut_ed by Mr. Caster. An Ordinance authoriz-
<br />ing the issuance of bonds in anticipation of the collection of special
<br />assessments to pay the ptoperty owners' portion and also to pay the City's
<br />portion of the CO5c of improving Dover Center Road and certain other
<br />streets by construcring sidewalks, and declaring an emergency. Mr,
<br />Caster moved tD suspend rule requiring Lhree separate readings, seconded

<br />Ordinance No< 69-90 was introduced by Mr< Caster. An Ordinance authorizing
<br />the issuance of bonds in anticipaLion of the collection of special assess-
<br />ments to pay the property owners' portion and also to pay the City's portion
<br />of the cost of improving Souchern Avenue between certain termini by install-
<br />ing a storm sewer and necessary appurtenances, and declaring an emergency.

<br />proving the site thereof, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Caster moved to
<br />suspend rule requiring Lhrec separate readings, seconded by Mr. Limpert.
