Council Minutes 4=1-69 -6- <br />Under old business, Mr Mi11er asked if the improvement in the Brendan <br />?,. Lane area, for which he had received a dollars' estimate, might be ex- <br />plored in Finance Committee. Mayor Christman said a study should be <br />made of this situation, and Mr. Gasrer then asked that it be referred <br />to the Municipal DevElopmenz. Gommzttee for further study. <br />Under new business, Mrs Hodgins asked that demolition authorization <br />for Permanenc ParceI No- 232-33-22 be puc into the Safety, Health & <br />Welfare CommitLee for recommendatzon, <br />Mr. Caster commended Assistanc Engineer David Ransbury for the outline <br />which he had given residents in the Southern-Decker-Midvale area explain- <br />ing constructivn periocl iur paving, Mr. Caster said he would hope some- <br />thing similar GouYd be worKed uut for a11 construction going on in North <br />Olmsted. <br />Mr. Caster asked if we had any indication when we would receive revised <br />plans for Contract 16- Mayor Christman replied that we had nothing to <br />date. Mr-. Caster asked chat a tentative meeting be set up for Industrial <br />Development Committee fQr April $ch at 8:00 p,m., if revised plans are <br />received-. <br />Mr. Limpert requested kesvlution of commendation for bus drivers, Donald <br />Cook and George Bowers, <br />Mra Eian requested Iegisiation far demolition authorization of Permanent <br />Parcel 232-12-6-9 and also Permanent Parcel 232-2-4 and 45 (Mastic Stables). <br />Mr. Caster asked if Contrac[ 16 easements had been settled yet. The <br />Mayor said not yet. <br />Mrr. Caster moved, seconded by MrsT Hodgins, that Contract 15 sanitary <br />sewer plans be referred to Planning Commission as soon as available, <br />"Yeas" Cas[er, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, <br />Mrm Caster moved, seconded by Mr. Limpert, to excuse absences of <br />Councilmen Prokasy and West, and President Francis 0'Neilln "Yeas" <br />Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller. <br />Mr, Miller moved, seconded by Mrs. Hocigins, to adjourn.
