<br />the compensation of the Director of Law of the City to be elected,

<br />ReSOlution No. 69-14 was introduced by Mr. Caster and given its first
<br />reading, A Resolution declaring it necessary to improve certain streets
<br />and public easemenLS by constructing sanitary sewers, sewer curb connec-
<br />tions and necessary appurtenances, including neeessary street resurfacing
<br />and restoration of drainage facilities (Contraet No. 16 - Zone 3), and
<br />declaring an emergency,
<br />Ordinance No. 69-15 was introduced by Mr. West and given its first reading.
<br />An Ordinance changing the.name of Westminester Drive, in Bretton Ridge
<br />Subdivision, to Westminster Drive, in Bretton Ridge Subdivision, City of
<br />North Olmsted.
<br />Ordinance No. 69-16 was introdueed by Mro West. An Ordinance establishing
<br />the Public Works Division of the City of North Olmsted, setting forth the
<br />personnel needed as to the Service Department, Vehicle Maintenance Depart-
<br />ment, Building Maintenance Department, and the sanitary sewer system of the
<br />Public Works Division, setting forth the remuneration of all employees in
<br />the Public Works Division, and repealing Ordinance No. 68-156, and declaring
<br />an emergency, Mr. West moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate

<br />Mrs. Hodgins requested that a letter of thanks be sent to Lakewood Elks
<br />for Christmas baskets they had furnished for needy people in North
<br />Olmstedm She requested legislation for same.
