<br />the issuance af a note in anticipation of ithe issuance of bonds and of the
<br />levy and coilection of special assessments to pay fihe property owners' por-
<br />tion and al5o to pay the City`s portion af the cost of improving Southern
<br />Avenue, Decker Roact and MidvaYe Avenue between certain termini by grading,
<br />draining, cuYbing, pdvi.ng, constructing sidewdlks, and installing sanitary
<br />sewer, storm sewer and water curb connections where necessary, and declarfng
<br />an emergency, Mr. West moved far suspension of rule requiring three separate
<br />readings, szcnnded by Mr. Prokasy. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins,
<br />Limpert, Prckasy, West, Mr. WESt then moved for adoption of ordinance.
