<br />Mr. Prokasy said the attempt is to come up with a plan, and not have it
<br />all piece meal.
<br />Mr. Gareau then brought up the Romp property set back,
<br />Mr. Johnson asked if a person can still gec a permit to buiid, Mayor
<br />Christman replied affirmatively - up to time that a new Zoning law be-
<br />comes effective, which would be 30 days after it was passed.
<br />Mr. Herman Kaserman, 23900 Lorain Rd., asked when committee would con-
<br />sider petition read by Clerk. Reply was on F`ebruary 5th, at meeting
<br />of Safety, Healtn & Weitare Committee, at 8:00 p.m.
<br />Mr. Gareau inquired about "Lorain Road Property Owners" group receiving
<br />copy of Regional Planning study book, Mayor Christman promised to see
<br />that they got a copy to keep for a long period of time,
<br />Mr. Schabei inquired if rezoning for apartments does take place, can it
<br />be stopped? Mr. Kitchen said a referendum could be filed, could be
<br />heeded or not heededx and could go on ballotm Mr, Schabel also inquired
<br />about a temporary injunction. Mr. Kitchen thought the court could but
<br />probably would not heed it - they very seldom go into the reason - just
<br />' the legality,
<br />Ordinance No. 68-205, which had been introduced by Mr. Caster, was given
<br />its third reading, "An Ordinance accepting for dedication Christman Drive,
<br />Stewart Drive, Somerset Drive, Sutton Drive, Hastings Drive and Stafford
<br />Drive, Bretton Ridge Subdivision No, l; Stafford Drive, Sutton Drive,
<br />and Cambridge Drive, Bretton Ridge Subdivision No. 2; Surrey Drive, Brighton
<br />Drive, Cambridge Drive and Sutton Drive, Brettori Ridge Subdivision No. 3;
<br />Bretton Ridge Drive, Warrington Drive, Dorchester Drive, Westminister Drive,
<br />Wellington Drive, Huntington Drive and Chadbourne Drive, Bretton Ridge Sub-
<br />division No. 4," Mr- Caster moved for adoption of the ordinance, seconded
<br />by Mra West. tiffirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, West.
<br />Ordinance Na. 68-200, which had been introduced by Mr. Miller, was given
<br />its second readirxg, "Ar? Ordinance enacting Chapter 1331 of Title Seven of
<br />the Codified Ordir.ances of the City of North Olmsted by establishing the
<br />procedure and standards for the inspection, repair, vacation, and demolition
<br />of dangerous or unsafe buildings; providing for the appeals from the orders
<br />of the Building Commissioner by establishing a Board of Appeals, repealing
<br />Sections 1331P01 to 1331..06, inclusive, of Chapter 1331 Title Seven of the
<br />Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted."
<br />Ordinance No, 69-2, which had been introduced by Mr. Caster, was given
<br />its second reading, "An Ordinance levying special assessments for the con-
<br />struction of sidewalks on David Drive and certain other streets, and declar-
<br />ing an emergency," Mr, Caster then moved for suspension of the rule requir-
<br />ing three separate readings, seconded by Mr. West. Afffrmative vote Caster,
<br />Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, West. Mr. Caster moved for adoption of
