Ordinance enacting Chapter 1331 of Title Seven of <br />the Codified Ordir.ances of the City of North Olmsted by establishing the <br />procedure and standards for the inspection, repair, vacation, and demolition <br />of dangerous or unsafe buildings; providing for the appeals from the orders <br />of the Building Commissioner by establishing a Board of Appeals, repealing <br />Sections 1331P01 to 1331..06, inclusive, of Chapter 1331 Title Seven of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted." <br />Ordinance No, 69-2, which had been introduced by Mr. Caster, was given <br />its second reading, "An Ordinance levying special assessments for the con- <br />struction of sidewalks on David Drive and certain other streets, and declar- <br />ing an emergency," Mr, Caster then moved for suspension of the rule requir- <br />ing three separate readings, seconded by Mr. West.
