Motian was secanded bq rir. Baehaex. ;?r. Grady discussed plans and Iocation. rtr. i•1est stated a variance had been gxauted by the Zoning Board of Appeals. Mr. Grady questitnud if a different t}?pe of occupant goes into pxemi.aes at a later date, would the new occupant be allowed to operate with Iess parYiag apace because it ia approved now. Ar. Lord said the variatace would have nothina to da with future use. Mr. Prokasy explsi.ned the vsriance graated was for a specific use. Mr. tvest made a motion that Cauncil disapprove the Olmsted Axms request for rezoning on property at Lorain and Gessner Roads for 8 story apartmeats. Motion was seconaed by Mr. Prokasq. Affi,rmative vote Baehmer, Grady, Kodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, Speedliag, West. Motion carried.
