Regarding lett+er eubmitt.ed bp Mr. Gareau, this <br />Petition was afficially filed wit& the Cauncil an April 6, 1971, atnd this <br />is the 29th daq Courtcil has had th3s Pet3tion. thnder Charter, Council <br />has 40 days to either accept or reject an Inifiiative Petitian. <br />Mr. Michael Gareau, 6030 Barton Road, steted he was Attoxn+ep for <br />Car,solidated Homeawners Assn. end that the Initistfve Fetitian was <br />sLi,mitted to the Cl.erk of Cotncil an March 23, 1971, and this constitutes <br />an official preseatation giving his r"soas therefor.
