Meabers of Coutcil snd <br />other people have dropped in at the Ccffee House, at different tims. <br />Everyone's rights sre involvsd in this mr?tCer. Mr. Weet po3nted aut that <br />the peaple operaeing the Coffee Aatse are supplying a aeed, and as euch, <br />they think they are doiag rfght. They are, hawever, apprcntly bvthering <br />trQ neighborhood a,cid from this atandpc?lnC it is wrong - but it is vnly <br />wrong to the extent as far as Council ia concerned whether tt is illegal <br />or legal. An Ordinance consenting to the maiAtenance and repair <br />cr certain streets aad roads bg the Board of County Commi.ssioners of <br />Guyahoga County, Ohio. Mr. Baehmer noved for adoptian of ordinance. <br />Mntioa was seconded by Mr. West. A€firaative vote Boehmer, Gradq, Hodgins, <br />Limpert, Prakasy, Speedliag, Wsst. Motian carried. <br />Resolution Nca. 71-54 which was introduced by Mr. West was given its <br />second reading. A Resolutian acccpting for record purpoaes anlq the <br />Biskind Subdivtsion. <br />Resolntion No. 71-59 Wt?ich was fntroduced by Mr. West was givea its <br />secand reading. A Resolution accepting for record purposes only the <br />Sandq Ridgc Resubdivision No. 2. <br />Ordinance No. 71-60 which wus ineroduced by Mr. Weet was given iCa <br />second readfng. An Ordfnmca 'mending the Zane Map adogted es part <br />of Ordinance No. 62-33 (knmn as the Zouing Cade of the City of North <br />Olmsted) hy chaaging the designation thereon as B Reaidence Sf.ngle <br />District to Mixed Use Distr3ct. <br />AC this time Mr. West set a Public Hearf.ng date of JuYte 14, 1971, 8:15 P.M., <br />Citq Hall on Ordinance No. 71-60. <br />Ordinance No. 71-63 which was introduced by Mr. Boehmer was given its <br />secoud reading. Aa Ordinance :uthorisfng supplemntary covperative <br />agreement for canatructian maintenance and operstfan of vaste watesr <br />facility betweeu the City of North Olmsted and the Ohio 4IaC+er Develapment <br />Authority. <br />Ordinance No. 71-68 Was introduced bp Mr. West. An Ordinance ccnaenting <br />to the installation an Lorain Roa+d of tra€€ic cantral device as herein <br />described umder the superviaion of the Covnty of Cuyahaga and Directar <br />of Highwaqs, State of Ohio, and decl.sring an emrgeacy. Mr. Glest moved <br />4D for suspensian of rule requiring three aeparute readings. Mntion was <br />secanded bq Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote Boehmer, Grady, Hadgins, Ltmpert, <br />Protcasy, Speedling, West. Mr. Wtsst aoved for adc:ptiaa of ordinance, seccmded <br />by Mr. Boehmer. Affizmative vote Boehmer, Grady, Aodgitis, Limpert, Prokasq, <br />Speedling, West. Motioa earried.
