<br />of Oxdinance No. 62-33 (known as the Zcning Code of the City of Narth
<br />Olmated) by changing the designation thereon of certain land fram the
<br />present desiqiaations therean as Generai Retail Bueiness Distzict and
<br />B Residence Aietricfi ta Mi,xed Uae District. Mr. West moved fox ad+apCian
<br />of Ordinance. Motion was seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirm,ative vote

<br />ferring apgxopriations and malcing additional appropriations for curzent

<br />the year ending December 31, 1971, and declaring aa emergency. Mr. Limpert
<br />moved far suspenation of rule requiring three separste reaidings. Motion

<br />Resolution No. 71-43 was intraduced by Mr. Boehmer. A Resolution approving
<br />the contract entered into by the Mayor caith the County Engineers and
<br />authorfseing the Finance Director ta pay the Citp's porticm of said improve-
<br />ment from Che Streset aad Maintenance Fund, Mr. Boehmer moved for suspensiun
<br />of rule requiring three separate readings. Motion was seconded bp Mr.
