Mr. West ssid Transportetion Conunittee did not consider reducing it. They are keeping the half rate that people pay. Tnsofar as St. Edward's, number of children going there has dropped off substantially in the past 2 years. Had sgecial buees going in A.M. and P.M. but can no longer a€ford to do it.
