<br />Road aud certain other streets and gublic eaaemeats by ccmstructing samf tary
<br />sewers, sewer curb canneeticras and nece:sarq appurtenances, including
<br />necessary street reaurfacing and restoration af drainage facilities (Coatract
<br />11), and declaring an emergmcy. Mr. Limpert mov+ed for suspensian of rule
