Feels this <br />should be checked into before Council passes a camplete "no ditahes". <br />Mr. F. Muzika, 5133 Whitethorn Ave., spoke in connection with Country Club <br />proposed rezoning. He is against this rezoning and inquired as to any facts <br />uncovered since the Public Hearing relstiue to 54 ft. buffer strip, on the <br />origfnal Country Club Apts. <br />Mr. t,lest explained this was checked inta in Engineering and Buildin; Depart- <br />ments and found there was no record of any straight line exteneicm of the <br />50 ft. buffer zone, because you eannot extend a buffer zone into someboSy's <br />else's groperty when you axe not talking about that parCicular property at <br />that time. Sfnce then the developer has purchased the property and they <br />now have a 50 ft. bnffer zane which is requ3.red by ordinance.
