Mayan Christman 'painted out
the two things it cannot be used for are City's portion of a project that
involve$ federal matching funds or for schools. He feels this should be'samething
that is not used to supplement the services of the City, such as police and
fire salaries because there is & possibility that it will not be a cattinuing
thing and City should not cotue to rely on it as a source of revenue. Therefore,
if it is used fox sates capital improvement such as a police stat.cnt, storm
sewers, culverts, etc. it will help the City attain these needed facilities and
still not be put in a position to rely an it.
