No. 72-192 be amended to delete Paragraph <br />I of Section 13, as same is incorporated in Paragraph F of Section 13. motion <br />was seconded by P4r. west. Affirsative vote Boehmer, Giessen, Lampert, Prokasy, <br />Beringer, Speedling, hest, Motion carried. <br />Mr. West, Chairman Building.;, Zoning ~ Development Committee and Long Range <br />Planning Committee, reported fol+.oiting: i) Special Committee on Zoning Ordinances <br />held another meeting on December 4, 1972, and progress is being made. Purpose <br />of this Committee is to make some changes is language, eliminate unnecessary <br />ordinances that were important at cats time but have no ateaning nor, and to make <br />changes particularly in regard to sign ordinances, fences, acc+m3sory buildings, <br />that seem to plague the Zoning Berard of Appeals with many requests for variances. <br />Specific assignments were given. <br />2) The Citizens Committee for Land Use and 701 Grant, along with Regional <br />Planning Commission are making substantial progress. At meeting held on November <br />30th Regional Planning Commission submitted recommendations foz approxissately <br />19 parcels of ground which are near or on Lorain Rd. as to what use these parcels <br />ought to be. Citizens Committee will study recommendations, which will go to <br />Planning Commission and then into Council and develop a comprehensive plan. <br />People Addressing Council: <br />Mrs. Gladys Zigp, 29658 Lorain Rd., discussed ~~ith Mr. West several aspects <br />of sanitary sewers for Barclay Square Apartments. <br />Mr. Raymond Dgkes, 25136 Kennedq Ridge Road, discussed the salary increase of <br />the Mayor to be elected. <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Ordinance No. 72-175 introduced by Mr. Lampert was given its third reading. <br />An Ordinance amending Section 7 of Ordinance No. 72-83; SBCtion F of Ordinance <br />No. ?2-84; Section G of Ordinance No. 72-85; Section 2 F of Ordisattce No. 72-104; <br />Section 8 of Ordinance No. 72-105; Section E of Ordinance No. ?2-124; Section 7 <br />of Ordinance No. 72-132 and Section 9 of Ordinance No. 72-133 all known as the <br />Organizational and Co~ensation Ordinances of the City of Noxth Olmsted. Mr. <br />Lampert moved for adoption of Ordinance, seconded by Mr. Boeha-er. Affi <br />vote Boehmer, Giessen, Li~epert, Prokasy, Saringer, Speedling, West. Motion <br />carried. Ord. No. 72-175 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 72-179 introduced by par. tdest was given its third reading. A <br />Resolution accepting for record purposes only the Skl~eba Subdivision. Mr. West <br />moved for adoption of Resolution, seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote <br />Boehmer, Giessen, Lampert, Prokasy, Saringer, Speedling, Tdest. Motion carried. <br />Res.
