<br />Ordinance No. 72-184 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its third reading.
<br />An Ordinance fixing the comp~sation of the President of Council of the City
<br />of North Olmsted to be elected. Mr. Limpert moved for adoption of Ordinance,
<br />seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote Boehmer, Giessen, Limpert, Prokasy,
<br />Beringer, Speedling, West. Motion carried. Ord. No. 72-184 adopted.

<br />An Ordinance establishing the Organisational Chart of the Law Department,
<br />setting forth the complement of the Leer Department, and establishing the
<br />salaries of the Members of the Lax Department, and repealing ll~cdi a No.
<br />72-72. Mr. Limpert coved for adoption of Ordinance, seconded by Mr. West.
<br />Affirmative vote Boehmer, Giessen, Limpert, Prokaay, Beringer, Speedling, West.

<br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into negotiations far property
<br />necessary for the building of the Brookpark Extension. Mr. West moved for

<br />Ordinance No. 72-187 introduced by Mr. Speedling was given its third reading.
<br />An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Metro-Nadia,
<br />Inc., for the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Lines Advertising. Mr. Speedling
<br />moved for adoption of Ordinance, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote
<br />Boehmer, Giessen, Limpert, Prokasy, Beringer, Speedling, West. Motion carried.

<br />Olmsted and incorporating therein the provisions of the National Electrical
