<br />No. 72-100, enacted June 20, 1972. Mr. Lampert moved for suspension of rule

<br />of the City of North Olasrted, setting forth the compensation to be paid
<br />employees of the Finance Despartaaent, and repealing Ordinance No. 72-73, enacted
<br />June 6, 1972. Mr. Lampert moved far suspension of rule requiring three separate
<br />readings, seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote Boehmer, Giesser, Liaapert,
<br />Prokasy, Beringer, Speedling, tJest. Mr. Lampert moved for adoption of Ordinance,

<br />Ordinance No. 72-195 was introduced by Mr. Lampert. An Ordinance transferring
<br />appropriations and making additional appropriations far current expenses and
<br />other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio for the year ending
<br />December 31, 1972. Mr. Lampert moved for suspension of rule requiring three
<br />separate readings, seconded by Mx. West. Affirmative vote Boehmer, Giesser,

<br />Mr. Lampert moved that the Finance Director furnish Fiscal Officer's Certificate
<br />in connection with Ord. No. 72-196. Motion was seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative

<br />carried. Finance Director Gerlach furnished Fiscal Officer's Certificate.
<br />Ordinance No. 72-19b was introduced by Mr. Lampert. An Ordinance to provide
<br />for the issuance of $350,OOa. renewal notes in anticipation of the issuance of
<br />bonds to pay the City's portion of the cost of improving Porter Raad and certain
<br />other streets and public easeaents by constructing sanitary sewers, seer curb
<br />connections and necessary appurtenances, including necessary street resurfacing
<br />and restoration of drainage facilities (Contract 11) and declaring an emergency.
