<br />An Ordinance fixing the co~apensation of the Members of the Council of the
<br />City of North Olmsted to be elected.
<br />Resolution No. 72-189 was introduced by Mr. Limpert. A Resolution authorizing
<br />the Mayor to enter into a contract with Haddad Bros., Inc., for the emer
<br />gency repairs to various sanitary sewer lines and declaring an emergency.

<br />Officer's Certificate in connection with Ordinance No. 72-190. Motion was

<br />Ordinance No. 72-190 was introduced by Mr. Limpert. An Ordinance authorizing
<br />the issuance of $56,200 notes in anticipation of the issuance of bcntds for
<br />the purpose of resurfacing t~Jalter Road between Lorain Road and Maple Ridge
<br />Road, and declaring as emergency. Mr. Limpert moved for suspension of rule
<br />requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vats

<br />a Special Fund known as the Federal General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund, and

<br />An Ordinance establishing the Electrical Code for the City of North Olmsted
<br />and incorporating therein the provisions of the National Electrical Code,
<br />1971 Edition, as a part thereof, and declaring; an emergency.
