<br />compensation therefor".
<br />Ordinance No. 72-174 was introduced by Mr. Giessen and given its first reading.
<br />An Ordinance amending Title 5, entitled "Licensing and Fees", Chaptex 1321,
<br />entitled "Permits and Inspection Fees", Section 1321.01 entitled "General
<br />Building Fees; Contractor Registration"., Paragraph P entitled "Permanent
<br />type swimming pool or any other artificially created body of water".
<br />Ordinance No. 72-175 was introduced by Mr. Lampert and given its first

<br />Ordinance No. ?2-176 was introduced by Mr. Lampert. An Ordinance trans-
<br />ferring appropriations and making additional appropriations for current
<br />expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Ol~asted, Ohio, for
<br />the year ending December 31, 1972. Mr. Lampert moved for suspension of

<br />Under Old Business: Mr. Frokasy referred to meeting with residents on
<br />Blossom Blvd. in connection with storm drainage channel in that arcs and
<br />discussed the miles of open channels throughout the City, cost of enclosing,
<br />etc. Thinks it is unlikely these channels Twill be enclosed in foreseeable
<br />future.
<br />Mr. West inquired status of Stoneybrook Service Director Caster stated
<br />a contract has not been awarded nor a contractor selected yet. Still
<br />analyzing rates. By the begirnning of week the contractor will be on
<br />Stoneybrook and when contractor is finish:d on S'tone~ybrook he wail shift
<br />over to Deerfield. Service Department will infers: residents of work to
