Resolution No. 72-172 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 72-173 was introduced by Mr. West and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance amending 69-25, enacted February 4, 1969, and entitled "An <br />Ordinance creating the position of Secretary of Commissions and providing <br />compensation therefor". <br />Ordinance No. 72-174 was introduced by Mr. Giessen and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance amending Title 5, entitled "Licensing and Fees", Chaptex 1321, <br />entitled "Permits and Inspection Fees", Section 1321.01 entitled "General <br />Building Fees; Contractor Registration"., Paragraph P entitled "Permanent <br />type swimming pool or any other artificially created body of water". <br />Ordinance No. 72-175 was introduced by Mr. Lampert and given its first <br />reading. An Ordinance amending Section 5, of Ordinance No. 72-73; Section <br />7 of Ordinance No. 72-$3; Seetioa F of Ordinance Na. 72-84; Section G of <br />Ordinance No. 72-85; Section 4 of Ordinance No. 72-100; Section 2 F of <br />Ordinance No. 72-104; Section 8 of Ordinance No. 72-107; Section E of <br />Ordinance No. 72-124; Section 7 of Ordinance No. 72-132 and Section 9 of <br />Ordinance No. 72-133 all known as the Organizational and Compensation <br />Ordinances of the Citq of North O],msted. <br />Ordinance No. ?2-176 was introduced by Mr. Lampert. Motion carried. <br />Resolution No. 72-177 adopted. <br />Under Old Business: Mr. Frokasy referred to meeting with residents on <br />Blossom Blvd. in connection with storm drainage channel in that arcs and <br />discussed the miles of open channels throughout the City, cost of enclosing, <br />etc. Thinks it is unlikely these channels Twill be enclosed in foreseeable <br />future. <br />Mr. West inquired status of Stoneybrook Service Director Caster stated <br />a contract has not been awarded nor a contractor selected yet. Still <br />analyzing rates. By the begirnning of week the contractor will be on <br />Stoneybrook and when contractor is finish:d on S'tone~ybrook he wail shift <br />over to Deerfield.
