Council Minutes of 7-I8-72 <br />-lo- <br />Mr. Giesler stated he has had a nuaber of calls from people in area where <br />I 480 is going through regarding vacar_~ lots, with weeds growing high and <br />debris in field. Wandered if a request to the State or City lvea <br />mow down the fieMs and clean out t~ debris. Mayor Christs~frn stated this <br />work was being done oa Clagu~e &d. but ms~n ustfortately had a sttsrke. <br />City doss hire this work anui he will check as to whether a r+Eplacement has <br />been found. Mr. Gleaner gave :pacific address of 45i~ Claque Ad. <br />Mrs. Beringer naked tnl~tat procedure was when lots are cut doss. Mayor <br />Christman explained the State Law, etc. <br />Mr. West asked if there is anythfng neu~ on than Hospital. Mayor Christman <br />said he has heard nothing in the past few months. <br />Mr. Limpert requested Mayor Christman to check out and place in proper <br />hands the camglaints of residents on Lorain Ad. regarding Martyn's Service: <br />re so called promise of a shrubbed fence to conceal pan:ksd cars that are <br />towed in, and as yet as not been fulfilled; also drirr+sway is of a slag dirt <br />tape nature and with the traffic in and out does spread consf~+srable dust fn <br />area; also it is evident the short mays r~io on the sernicee truer era on <br />all evening and all hours in morning and neighbors are startled by loud talk. <br />Mr. West moved that Council encase the essence of Mr. Spaedling. lotion was <br />seconded by Mr. Prokasy. Affirmative vote Baehmer, Gies~aer, Lir~rt, Proicasy, <br />Beringer, West. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Boehmer moved that meeting be adjourned. Motion was seconded by Mr. <br />Glasser.
