• Council Minutes of 7-18-72 -2- tie his sanitary sewer in from Fairview Park into our existing lizue at the corner of Clague S Brookpark. At present we have an agra:~uent-with Fairview Park wherein we take their sanitary sewage through a meter oa Esther. This wcwld be a new line. The Committee thought perhaps now we could reopen negotiations with Fairview. No decision was made, however, mores information is needed. Mr. ~arhan will get all the needed inforoation before the next neeLing: 2) Committee also discussed the possibility of a short term tie-in to our sanitsrq sewer sgstem bq a metersd force main until North-Rtd~ville plant and sewers are completed. The area to tie in would be Crystal, Springs Park on Bagley road. It was the consenerus of opinion of the Committee to allow the tie-in providing North 0]a~sted stands to benefit. Mr. Kat'han will proceed in wanking out details. Another meeting with Mr. Wayne Kuhn of McDonald & Company will be made to develop a service charge. Inas~ech as the developer had no specific F for the design of a buffer zone, it was decided that we would pastpox+e any action acrd have an additional mseting whenever the final i~rovement plans were available so that they would be reviewed; 2) Ccm~ttee approved the Harris Sa~bdivision end legislation for same is on agenda; 3) Committee reviewed Barclay Square Apartments which is in a ~ari~ced use area on east side of 231 St. Dev$lor submitted plans to Council and Committee has referred it to Plsnning Commission end will take no action on this until Committee hears back frog Planning Commission; 4) Committee approved the C.E.I. proposed substation and roadway which Planning Commission has approved, and legislation to approve the plans ~d installation will be requested.
