Council Minutes of 7~5-72 -5- <br />'~``' Under New Busiaess : <br />Mr. Giesser requested legislation declaring that the City of North dl~ted is <br />against the proposed rate increase of die Bit Flo Gas Caatpany; legislation <br />requiring underground wiring for ue~r de~lopments of l4 or more lots; legis- <br />lation amending the dog and cat ordiu~ce to include defecation of aaiastls on <br />adjoining neighbors lots. <br />Mr. Prokasy moved that Council go on record requesting the Mayor to request <br />from Stanley Consultsns an eagneerng proposal that was outliutd is latter <br />from M. Goulding, dated July 5, 197x, cca~ett#.a~g storm draitia~ in this area. <br />Motion was seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmattive vote Boehmer, Giesler, Prokasy, <br />Beringer, Speedling, West. Motion carried. <br />Mrs. Beringer inquixed if factual data from this~tudy would be made public; <br />inquired as to possibility of a pviblic meeting or hearing to let pea~rle latow <br />what is transpiring. Mayor Chrislaaoan believes the Dept. of Natural ~eaaaurces <br />has to give official okay on this, and he thinks it is quite possible to get <br />a rep from Stanley and Departmeat out to a meeting. <br />Mr. Boehmer moved to excuse the absence of President O'Neill and Cauncilm~sn <br />Li~apert, seconded by Mr. Prokasy. Affirmative vote Boehmer, Gi~ser, Prolcasy, <br />Saringex, Speedling, West. Motion carried. <br />Mr. West scheduled a Long Rage Planning Committee meeting on July 24, 1972, <br />8:15 P.M., City Hall. <br />Mr. Boehmer moved for adjournment, seconded by Mr. Giesler.
