An Ordinance est~lishing <br />the Organisational Chart of the Building Department, setting forth the cca~lement <br />of the Building Department sad establishing the co~ensation to be paid to the <br />earployees of the Building Department, and repealing Ordinance No. 72-76, enacted <br />Jude 20, 1972, and declaring an emergency.
