<br />A Resolution authorizing a refund of $1,2Btf.35 for water asseasmsnts previously
<br />levied on permanent parcel No. 233-7-4 and located within the City of North
<br />Olmsted.

<br />A Resolution declaring it necessary to construct a water line on Oring Drive,
<br />from the intersection of Oring Drive and Martin Drive west 400 feet, and
<br />declaring an emergency.

<br />appropriations for current exp~sea and other expenditures for the City of

<br />on duty for the City of North Oiasrted; establishing the per diem allowance to
<br />be paid to the Police e~oployees while attending the Police School, sail repealing
<br />Ord. No. 72-75, enacted June 6, 1972, and declaring an anergoncy. Mr. Boetwrer

<br />the Organisational Chart of the Building Department, setting forth the cca~lement
<br />of the Building Department sad establishing the co~ensation to be paid to the
<br />earployees of the Building Department, and repealing Ordinance No. 72-76, enacted
<br />Jude 20, 1972, and declaring an emergency. Mr. West novel for suspension of

<br />A Resolution directing the owners of lots to enlarge culverts and culvert drains
<br />in order to alleviate the storm drainage problem in the City of North Olmsted.

<br />An Ordinance cancelling the serer assesanent against permanent parcel No. 232-
<br />19-33 and authorizing the Director of Finance to refund the sty of X212.40
<br />alreadq paid by the owners of perm~eat parcel No. 232-19-33 incorrectly assessed.
